We didn't have any transparency or way for our customers to always access the certificate of destruction for the asset we destroyed. Reporting was a hassel and it was all done by paper and excel.
The plan was to give visibility to the entire process from the time the driver is enroute to the facility to picking up the assets and the destruction process.
