Competition for event transportation took a lot of work. Scheduling resources and drivers, tracking assets, and organizing all the transportation for multi-million attendance events like the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo took many person-hours to prepare. GETZ needed to become more efficient in serving their clients better and saving them money.
The goal was to remove the paper and all other inefficiencies from the GETZ process. Automate asset and people tracking.
